My experience in Sydney, working for Animal Logic, couldn't go better.
I was hired as 2nd Unit animator, and after 1 month I began animating some of the main characters. I was going to work for 3 months and I stayed 9 (from May to December, 2006), and when the film was released, it won the Oscar for the Best Animated movie. Wonderful!
Animation was done in XSI.
Awards: Academy Award for the Best Animated Feature Film, and BAFTA for the Best Animated Feature Film, 2006.
